Privacy & Disclosures
How we handle your information and what you should know
Transparency about information handling, business disclosures, communication choices, and purchasing policies.
Information We Collect
Our public forms collect contact details and the information needed to prepare your consultation or arrange an interview. We do not collect Social Security numbers, banking details, identity documents, or detailed medical, financial, or background information on public forms. Where such information is needed, it is collected later through an appropriate secure process.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to prepare your consultation, respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, and provide the services or products you request. Client and recruitment inquiries are kept in separate pipelines. Inquiries are tagged by service, state, language, source, and timing to help us respond appropriately.
Communication Choices
Marketing email and marketing text subscriptions are separate optional choices, with appropriate disclosures. You may opt out at any time. We respect your preferred contact method and preferred contact times.
Business Disclosures
This website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. Insurance and financial product recommendations require an individual review of your circumstances and objectives. An annuity recommendation requires a fuller review. We do not provide legal or tax advice and refer clients to qualified professionals where appropriate. Compensation arrangements are explained during your consultation.
Recruitment Disclosures
Recruitment descriptions are truthful. Earnings claims require substantiation, and additional disclosure requirements may apply depending on the arrangement. We explain employment versus independent contractor status, compensation and chargebacks, licensing and background requirements, costs, training, lead availability, responsibilities, ownership of client relationships, and departure terms before onboarding. We avoid income promises and misleading job descriptions.
Purchasing Policies
Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Physical books are fulfilled with tracking provided. eBooks are delivered automatically after successful payment. Clear shipping, return, and refund policies are provided at checkout. Order confirmations and receipts are provided for every purchase. Course access is granted after successful payment, with access duration and refund policy stated on each course page.
Verification
Credentials, licenses, affiliations, service areas, consultation fees, product prices, Amazon listings, shipping arrangements, course access terms, and refund policies are confirmed before publication. We do not publish unverified credentials or licensing claims. Final product recommendations, client applications, formal onboarding, and policy wording require the appropriate business processes and review.
